Any premium users found to be distributing premium videos, or sharing access with other users, will have their premium membership cancelled immediately with no refund. Premium use is closely tracked via ip and cookies, and any suspicious activity will be investigated.

Free videos are currently offered for free by preference of the original copyright owner. Permission to view the files online for free is not permission to download, distribute and own a physical copy of the video, other than what may exist in your computers temporary cache.

Anyone found to be abusing Fight Night Live’s bandwidth through improper use will have their IP banned immediately. If you have a shared computer, i.e. student accommodation or a school, you will be banning all the other users from Fight Night Live too, so please consider that when your acting like a prick.
