Promoters
Martial Arts promoters can contact us to discuss syndicating their DVD’s or footage onto Fight Night Live.
This is a great way to increase awareness, and therefore ticket sales, of your future events. In some cases, particularly for newer promoters or smaller shows, a small charge may apply. Ideally, we would prefer to be able to meet with promoters to discuss how we can work together, or for international promoters we would at least prefer to speak over the telephone.
For a greater chance of us accepting a business request, we need to be able to see your shows either on pre-made DVD’s, or at an upcoming show. If you would prefer to send in a DVD to check out, it must meet a few quality guidelines.
- Acceptable video quality, which means at least a mid-range recording device.
- The fight needs to be clear, no really zoomed out shots, and no major obstructions
- Professional commentary is preferred. please do NOT use backing tracks to which you do not own commercial rights. This is for legal reasons.
- Ideally, we need to know the names of as many fighters in the DVD as possible.
- The DVD needs to be shot in at least Standard Definition (720×576). We much prefer 16:9 HD footage, as it maintains better quality during compression.
If you intend on inviting Fight Night Live to an upcoming show, you agree to cover travel expenses (to a reasonable level) and entrance fees for 2-4 people, in advance, depending on the show.
